Ozetta

Terms of Use

Version 2026-09-17 · In effect from 20 September 2026

Who we are

Ozetta is run personally by Nurhak Altin, Duinkerkenlaan 69, 5627 MB Eindhoven, the Netherlands. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean them.

For anything about these terms, write to [email protected].

What Ozetta is

Ozetta is an app that summarises and translates news published by other publishers. The summaries and translations are made by automated language models, and each story links to the original article.

Ozetta is not affiliated with those publishers, and we do not write the news.

Summaries can be wrong

Summaries and translations are made by a machine. They can leave things out, and they can get things wrong.

The original article is the authoritative version. Check it before you rely on a summary for any decision.

Nothing in Ozetta is legal, financial, medical or other professional advice.

Your account

You can read Ozetta without an account. An account adds the other reading languages, saving articles, muting sources, and the same settings on every device.

You must be 16 or older to have an account, and each person may have only one.

Keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

Sign-in is provided by Clerk. How we handle your data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Using Ozetta fairly

When you use Ozetta, you must not:

Content and rights

The news articles belong to their publishers.

The app and its design are ours. We give you a personal, non-transferable right to use Ozetta, including its summaries, for your own non-commercial reading.

You may share a link to an article.

Changes to the service

Ozetta is free today. We may add, change or remove features, and we may introduce paid features.

If we do, paid features come with their own terms, and you will see the price before you pay.

No guarantee

Ozetta is provided as it is. We do not guarantee that it is always available, complete or free of errors.

Liability

As far as Dutch law allows, we are not liable for any loss caused by relying on a summary or by Ozetta being unavailable.

This does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for intent or deliberate recklessness, and it does not affect your rights as a consumer.

Ending

You can stop using Ozetta at any time, and you can delete your account in the app's Settings.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. Where reasonable, we tell you first.

Changes to these terms

When we change these terms we publish a new version with a new date at the top. The app shows you the change and asks you to accept it before you continue.

Law and disputes

Dutch law applies to these terms.

If you live in another country, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of that country.

Disputes go to the competent court in Oost-Brabant ('s-Hertogenbosch), unless the law gives you the right to go to the courts where you live.
